    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Stuck verifying w/ no par2 process

I am stuck verifying (01/01) but I do not see a par2 process in my operating system's task manager. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks.

If SABnzbd doesn't want to shutdown: pause any downloading and shoot down SABnzbd with your OS's task manager.
Then start it again.
