Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Problem Connecting
I am new at this so I'm trying to learn all this. I want to use a combination of xbmc, Black Beard & CouchPotato in conjunction with sabnzbd . I downloaded sabnzbd & started to use the wizard. I tried using witopia.net as the host & port 119 as a guess. It would not connect to sabnzbd. I am using Witopia as my VPN. I asked Witopia for there host name & port they use. They replied by stating "I am sorry but we only support the VPN set up with the Witopia software, or natively in your operating system". I am sort of stuck now, as I need to know what host name I should use & the port number. Any help on this would be much apprieciated. Thanks.

You will never be able to use witopia.net as your host address and you certainly should not be using port 119.
SABnzbd normally runs on the localhost address, unless you need external access
to the PC you're running SABnzbd on. In the latter case most people use the special address 0.0.0.0
