Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Is SABnzbd running at all? Check: go to Windows Task Manager (or what is is called), go to tab Processes, and find SABnzbd.exe. If it is there, End it.
Now open a terminal ("CMD"), go to the directory \Program*\SABnzbd*\ . There is a file sabnzbd-console.exe. Run that. It should give a lot of output. Correct?
It should also say on which port it is running. Connect to that port.
FYI: normally starting SABnzbd would lead to starting up your webbrowser to the correct SAB page. However, that can be turned off in the (General?) options of SAB, so check that if you want.
That's what it used to do then it stopped doing that and lost access to the program in the process. Now the link you've given me is on my speed dial page so can be used when needed.
