Lately I've seen some strange behavior from SAB. I will occasionally download an nzb for a file that is larger, say 800MB. The download moves incredibly slowly, like at 250 B/s, the status remains idle despite the slow download, and yet the download finishes in less than 30 seconds. The file will end up being very small and SAB will give a "download failed, out of server retention?" message even if the file is only a few days old.
This is a fairly recent pattern. It doesn't happen with all files, but it does happen predictably with the same nzb. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
