Renaming help

Post by Chuckie »

I was wondering if something is possible. I'm running sabnzb on my vps, which runs on ubuntu. Everything is working good. Just one small
thing i would it to do, if it's possible.

Let's say i'm downloading a package which has 50 video files in it. The name of all the video files are for exemple:

poster brings you moviename
poster brings you moviename #2
poster brings you moviename #3
etc..

It's kind of shitty if you have a rls with 50 movies inside that you have to manually remove the part of poster brings you.
Is there a way that sab can automaticly do this?

Thx for any help!

"that you have to manually remove the part of poster brings you"

Thats's not a very clear basis for automation.

There is the extension-based cleanup filter in Config->General.

In that case you will need to write your own user script.
