i would like to suggest a feature for items which have the 'Force' priority set to ignore the speed limit set for downloads
something like a checkbox 'force priority overrides speed limit' in config -> switches -> queue?
having this option would be a way for most people to grab releases before they are taken down

Unfortunately next to impossible in the current design.
It has to do with the fact that sometimes download partially overlap.
(Like when some item comes exclusivly from a backup server, the
other servers will then be used for NZB further down the queue).
I understand the usefulness, but it needs to wait for a later date.
