Retry RSS/NZB

I do not see a way to retry a NZB url from a RSS feed.

Sometimes the RSS feed picks up bigger files before they are fully uploaded, resulting in a corrupt NZB that fails to download fully.

A nice feature would be to store the NZB url internally and either from the download page, or the RSS page, be able to manually tell it to go get it again.

A added perk would be for it to merge it in with the failed one to make it get the rest.
