I'm having issues downloading files. I receive the message "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?"
What are some steps I can do to fix this issue?

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
- Adhere to the forum rules.
- Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I got this error and it's a 9 day old article. I thought maybe it was an error based on download limit being reached on Astraweb? Is that still possible for this error message?

AHH.. ok. Thanks. That makes sense. Didn't even think about that. That's why people are talking about non-USA news services.

I heard.. places like Tweaknews is good b/c it's not USA based and has better indexing b/c of that.
