Use sabnzbd for files not downloaded with sabnzbd

Post by Kiesel »

Hi,

I am using nzbget which runs on my fritzbox to download episodes. Once they are finished I copy them to my pc.
Problem is, from there on I have to do the unraring, renaming and moving by hand. Is it possible to install sabnzbd locally which then takes over these tasks?

Thank you very much in advance :)

too bad, but thats what I expected. Thanks for the reply. Reason I use my router to download is that in my area isnt more than DSL 1k accessible. I dont wanna have my normal PC run for a week if the router is running anyway ;) Is there a way to run sabnzbd on routers?

Depends on the router and whether or not Python, par2 and unrar are available.
SABnzbd does need more resources than nzbget.
