Not picking up from watched folder
Hi,
All was working just fine until a coupla days ago.
Now, whenever I d/l and nzb file into my Downloads folder, Sabnzbd doesn't pick it up and queue it.
I've checked multiple times, the nzb file is in my Dowloads folder ... and I've set the 'watched' folder to be Downloads.
Anyone point out what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks,
Mark

Restarted SABnzbd?
Are the files actually readable (by SABnzbd)?
Are they valid NZB files? Try uploading one manually from the folder.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
There's an "Add NZB" link at the top of SABnzbd.
Use that to browse to the NZB in your folder.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
I used the "Add NZB" facility to browse to the nzb.
It added just fine and I can now see that file in the download queue.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
Something tells me that your watched folder isn't where you expect it to be.
Double-check the location. Use a full path if necessary.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
I'm using ubuntu 12.04.
I've tried the full path 'home/mark/Downloads' but it still doesn't pick them up.
I've set the 'Completed Download Folder' to Downloads/complete (i.e. not the full path) and that's where it puts completed downloads.
Is there anything else I could try?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
I've tried changing the 'Folder to Watch' to:
/home/mark/Downloads
then
-/Downloads
Neither option is picking up the nzb's from my folder.

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
Last desperate attempt: what is your scan interval?
What happens when you select the "Watched folder" entry in the dropdown menu under the yellow arrow at the top right of the queue?

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
Scan interval is 5 seconds.
I can't see any 'yellow arrow' at the top right of the queue page ... the top right of the page has only this text:
The automatic usenet download tool

Re: Not picking up from watched folder
Then you're not using the default skin (Plush).
Please try that one, it shouldn't really matter, bu it does offer the extra menu item.
