Check Failure Sooner...

It appears that a check fails after searching for 100% of the known parts.

Would it not be prudent to set a % missing, and fail sooner?

I would say a variable in the config, default 40...
Once 40% of the parts is missing just give up.
Set it to 0 to NOT use this feature. Behavior remains as is now.

I'd personally set it to 15 or less. The sooner the better.

You can use the "abort if cannot be completed" option in Config->Switches instead.
However, this actually downloads stuff, but usualy quits within 20% of a missing post.

The pre-check will get the same algorithm later.
