Scheduler / quota interaction

My ISP imposes a quota on a monthly basis, but does not count against the quota any data transferred between midnight and 8:00 am. I would love a way to schedule an "ignore quota" feature to take full advantage of this policy. Right now, I have a low speed limit set during the daylight hours, but this is not optimal, since I am entitled to use some data during the daytime - and sometimes am in a hurry to get my downloads finished. Manually turning on and off the speed limit works, but a schedule would be much better.

Great I was looking for something similar, but mostly to contain bandwidth used during the month (ie impose a 4gb daily quote), then schedule a larger or set it an ignore near the end of the cycle.
