TV Show Name + Wrong Folder Path

Post by aciddrink »

I'm sure this has been answered in the past, but I cannot find it via search.

When I download a TV show, it is saving the show incorrectly, and I cannot figure out why, or how to fix it.

For example, I want a show to download, then be extracted to D:\TV Shows\show_name.mkv

After this point, I have a separate program that I use which names the show properly and drops it in the correct folder.

However, SABNZBD is putting all of my shows in D:\TV Shows\show_name\show_name.mkv

I cannot figure out why SABNZBD is creating that extra folder with show_name\show_name.mkv. Any ideas?

Here are the options set for both SAB and Sickbeard:

Are there any other screenshots which would be helpful? Thanks!

There are two ways to get rid of the folder.
The first one is to read the explanation about the use of the asterisk at the top of Config->Categories.
The second is to use the Config->Sorting functions.

Perfect, the asterisk fixed it. Not sure how I overlooked that, but thanks for the help!
