Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?

Download Speed
My internet speed is tested at around 40 - 50 Mbps but when I am downloading I only get a speed of 1.3 - 1.4MB/s which has slowed down over recent weeks with no changes being made by myself. Are there any settings that I can check to see why my download speed is slowing down.
