This feature has probably been requested before, but I'm a newbie, so bear with me. This thing seems to be very essential when dealing with usenet and NZB's.
Lately I've been getting a bunch of "Repair failed, not enough repair blocks" error messages. Is it possible to implement some sort of automatic repair block creator within the sabnzbd, which automatically re-creates those missing blocks and fixes those corrupt archives?
Repair block creator?
Re: Repair block creator?
You're new to Usenet?
For many years posters have been adding par2 files to their posts to deal with damage.
SABnzbd has supported this from its very beginning.
There's one condition: there should be enough material available (payload + par2 files).
If there's too much data or repair files (par2) missing, repair is not possible.
SABnzbd cannot just make up data which isn't there.
If it could, I would be rich.

Re: Repair block creator?
SABnzbd is magic, but not this magic.
