  • Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

  • Do you experience problems during downloading?
    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Not downloading...

I'm running 0.7.7. Sometimes Sab will just stop downloading and I'll have to reboot the computer to get it going again. Like right now there are 12 connection indicated to my news server but the speed indicated is 0. When I hit refresh the megabytes indicated does rise up, so I know something is happening but why doesn't Sab indicate the speeds in the speed indicator or the time left indicator?

Which refresh rate did you set under Options?

I left it whatever it was. I did make a change to "check" the download which does a check before it actually download and I think that was confusing me.
