Remove need to re-enable an RSS feed after amending it
After I remove a filter I need to re-tick "scheduled" every time. Can this be changed or am I missing a reason for this?

When changing an RSS definition, SABnzbd assumes you don't want the scheduled scan to interfere

Personally I don't quite agree with the intended behavior 
I would much prefer it just to reset the RSS checking time when the feed is modified, or give it a 10 minute 'timeout' to not be checked.
It's pretty confusing for most users to know to check "scheduled" let alone have to notice and re-check it when they make changes
