Saving and Recovering used nzb files

A friend wants a couple of my downloads and I want to email him the nzb file I used . Are old nzb files saved after they are processed? Where can I find them on my hard drive to be able to select some for emailing or redowwnloading? I would always like to save all my used nzb files in case my hard drive crashes and I lose everything and have to download all again. Thanks.

They're saved in compressed format (nzb.gz) when you set an NZB backup folder in Config->Folders.
You can feed SABnzbd files in this format.
