2 complete folders?
One of my external hard drives are almost full, is it possible to add another external to sabnzbds config so that once the first external hd is full it automatically switches to the second external and saves all completed files their?

There are no provisions for that.

okay so I just decided that I'm going to split my movies and tvs form the first hard drive and only have movies on the first HD; the second HD will have only TV shows. Now if I have couchepotato is it possible to set sab to extract the movies in the first HD and then when it comes to TV shows it will be extracted to the secondary HD?

Within SABnzbd you can have each category have its own path (and therefore drive).
