Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I've been unable to connect to sab remotely and I think it might be because it's not installed as a service.
I did the following as an administrator on WinXP Pro SP3 to install it as a service and as you can see, it doesn't install, it just jumps to the next prompt. If I attempt to install sabnzbd-helper.exe as a service....it works! Any ideas? I also tried shutting down and restarting sab. Thanks.
