Hello There.
I'm looking for any help to install Sabnzbd on a server with CentOs 6.x.
Maybe a tutorial, something explaining the package to install etc...
I tried to follow the tutorial for CentOs 5.5 but this is not working.
I tried to add the EPEL repository, but finally it seems that python 2.6 is already on the system.
I Don't want to break the system.
If someone have any tips, it will be really appreciated.
Thanks guys.
Florent

Re: Sabnzbd on CentOs 6.x
The only thing you need to install is the Python module Cheetah.
You can get it here: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Cheetah/2.4.4
The yEnc module will save CPU speed, but with a powerful CPU you won't miss it.
Of course you also need parcmdline and unrar.
After that just unpack our tarbal distribution to a folder
and start the SABnzbd.py program.
You'll have no support for /etc/init.d startup/shutdown.
