Retention time way too low

Post by Hoi_gr »

I've only played around with Usenet and sabnzbd for a couple of hours but it doesn't seem like the perfect solution to get clean and neat backlog of all your series (as advertized by sick beard)
I got a Newsblock pack claiming a retention rate of 1400+ and NZBmatrix premium and it seems the biggest issue for everyone is retention times.
For me it is horrible since I get "Download failed - Out of your server's retention? " for almost every file older than 20 days.

Am I doing something wrong or is this just the way it is? Will I be able to ever get my top 20 series from 10 years back with Usenet or was is all hype?

Some series fall quickly victim to DMCA takedown requests.

Not with the same article ID-s, meaning that your NZB is not usable.
