sab will not launch since last update

Ever since i updated Sab i can't access the user interface. I see the program running in the background, but i can't access it. When i launch it, it says the webpage is not available.

Does the SABnzbd icon show up in the system tray?
If so, right-click on it and select Troubleshoot->Restart -127.0.0.1

In that case stop SABnzbd.
Open a Command prompt and type:
"C:\program files (x86)\sabnzbd\sabnzbd-console.exe" -s 127.0.0.1:8080 -b1 -l2
(Include the quotes) and click Enter.
Check the output for error messages.
Leave out the " (x86)" part if you don't have a 64bit Windows version.

Good, but still odd because "Troubleshoot->Restart -127.0.0.1" should have done the same.
