got app set up all working ok, but seem to have a whole bunch of nzb files stuck trying to download each time sabnzbd launches(they all fail with log in error details to nzbmatrix)
all other downloads work fine from NZB itself, i just have these random things trying each time
any ideas?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

the errors look like this(obviously with different id's)

these are now appearing whenever i have sabnzbd open(looks like they are just retrying again and again and again)

Did you enter your nzbmatrix userid and apikey in Config->Indexers?

yeah, as i said, its working great for all the files im getting from NZBMatrix

It's very likely caused by issues with nzbmatrix itself.
We let SABnzbd do its best to guess what's going on at the server side,
but sometimes it just behaves odd and sends undocumented error messages
or just times out.
