Retry failed RSS

tvnzb has been serving "invalid nzb" files lately. I looked into it and the problem is probably a database issue on tvnzb's with timeouts or invalid pointers. Will there be a way to retry or reset failed RSS downloads?

The coming 0.4.5 release will retry if it gets a "bad" nzb file.
