Download failed - Out of your server's retention?

Not a Techie!...I've just tried unsuccessfully to download "The Expendables 2" from 3 different sources. All downloads had the caption "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?" I don't understand. All of these postings were less than 40 days old. Please help me understand what is happening.
