[Errno 61] Failed to connect: (60, 'timed out')

Hello,

since today i have some issues with SABnzdb. I cant connect anymore. I contacted my Usenet provider and he tested my account and said everything is fine.
i tried to reinstall SABNZB and i cant pass the server test. everytime he tries to connect to the newsdemon server, he said i timed out. i tried every server and every port from the newsdemon site. everytime i got this error:

[Errno 61] Failed to connect: (60, 'timed out') -1@europe-ssl.newsdemon.com:563

If the newsdemon server are workin fine, is it a problem of SABNZB?

Yesterday everything was fine. didnt change anything. today it doesnt work anymore :(

need some help.

looks like it was only a temporary problem for a few hours. now everything works fine.
