hi there!
ive had sab 0.something running under osx 10.5 (but i m pretty new to mac!!!) 10+ weeks ago, but with another www provider
now i relocated 2 another town, changed provider and had to download and install current release of sab (0.4.4?) but:
- sab app is starting up but not any more opening firefox (just upgraded 2 current version)!
- only sap is opening...
- now i ve no idea what 2 do next!
i expect
- firewall setup wont be a problem
- maybe i made a failure in deinstallation of old sab-rev?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Does http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ work after launching sabnzbd?
If not try looking in your logging for clues. Go to ~/.sabnzbd/logs/ in finder and look at the end of sabnzbd.log
