I'm fairly new to sapnzbd.
I have setup sap to work with sickbeard and it's all good except when downloading an entire season as one file. For instance Weeds.S05.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264-CtrlHD. When unpacking it seem to overwrite the same file in the destination library so I end up only having Weeds.S05.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264-CtrlHD.mkv.
I'm fairly certain that I've missed some crucial setting. Can you help?

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

By default SABnzbd never overwrites files, but will come up with slightly altered ones (show.mkv will become show.1.mkv).
(The only way to override is to set some "special" options to non default values, see Config->Special).
Also it won't recognise the title as being a set of shows, so the TV Sort method isn't invoked.
What SickBeard does, I don't know. It's designed to handle separate episodes, not full seasons.

Okay thanks for the quick reply.
I have found a way around this by just setting SickBeard to get a couple of episodes from the season and once sab has downloaded them I can add the rest in SickBeard. This way SB wont try to get the entire season as one nzb.
