Hello Everyone.
I was briefly explained how nzb files are used and what to do with them at work one day. I was told it was best to sign up for nzbmatrix, get VIP access which I did and use sabnzbd. The thing is, I don't quite grasp how the two work together. I've tried viewing forums posts, etc and if I understand correctly I still need something else as nzbmatrix is just a search engine sort of thing?
I really apologize for my lack of knowledge, but if I don't ask I'll never know. I'd appreciate if someone could explain to me how to set up / use sabnzbs with nzbmatrix (or anything else I need).

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Did your co-workers also tell you to get a subscription to an actual Usenet server?
nzbmatrix is nothing more than a source for NZB files,
it will not get you the actual goods.
