Download Limitation Picklist

I would like to see some kind of Picklist for predefined download limitations. This way I can quickly select a value instead of typing it. Perhaps also with a temporary duration like the pause feature.

Pause already has predefined intervals (the arrow next to the pause button).
Having predefined quota makes little sense, the range of people are confronted with is just too wide.
(I assume you are talking about quota).
