I really think this developed from PEBKAC, but this is what I did and how I in turn fixed it.
I setup a feed with many filters from tvnzb, which didn't satisfy my speed need. I then tried substituting, because I didnt want to re-add the filters, the feed address for a group feed on binsearch. I then switched back to tvnzb for some reason.
Sometime after the switch back to tvnzb the rss cache stopped updating (even by clicking preview or download button). I shutdown sabnzbd then renamed the file and restarted. After which, everything ran smoothly.
I hope this is enough information from which to work.
