Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
0.7.4 ETA and Download speed reporting is incorrect
before installing 0.7.4 everything was fine but ever since upgrading to 0.7.4 my download speed and ETA are being reported as "xxx B/s" (Bytes? very slow!) instead of the usual KB/s or Mb/s. The download speed is fine but the reporting of it is way off. Any ideas? Thanks!

i think it's just what sabnzbd does when articles aren't found on the server. weird.

That's how it alwasy worked.
When articles aren't found, then the "speed" is low.
