- Every download...The pars Verify and delete...then the unrar fails and i'm told => At least one file failed to be unpacked, skipping in the history.
- If I unrar manually...it works perfectly fine
- Everything was working fine up until yesterday. I haven't changed anything on my system
- Any ideas?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

The log file should tell you which file failed.
One explanation I can think of is subtle character conversion problems.
If you could email the log file and one of the troublesome nzb files to bugs at sabnzbd.org
That may help us find the problem.

Alright. I'm at work all day but can send them when I get home a little later. Where do I find the log file in osx?

The Connections page contains a download link for the logfile.
