Anyway to update so there are options, on finish standby pc unless vlc/media player is playing video in full screen?

No, just don't set standby-at-end-of-queue in those cases.
Instead let your OS make the system go to standby.
SABnzbd will inform both Windows and OSX that it is still busy, as will the media player.
