Two news servers with Astraweb faking completes
Astraweb replaces copyrighted content with DMCA warning text so if you have astraweb and another provider, how can they both work together with astraweb replacing binaries with text DMCA warnings?

SABnzbd will actually detect the astraweb notification and try your backup server.
Often not all of the articles are replaced, so a lot of data might still be retrieved from astraweb.
However, this doesn't work during pre-check, because the data isn't downloaded.
