Version: (Ex: 0.4.4)
OS: OSX 10.5.5
Install-type: OSx .app
Skin Plush (iphone as second skin)
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? No
Is the issue reproducible? Yes
I installed yesterday evening for the first time. Everything is fine on my local machine and I am excited to begin. What I am excited about is the ability to enable downloads to begin from afar simply. So far though I have been unable to connect via my iphone or my work machine.
Here is what I have done.
I am using a linksys router that is already using port 8080 for remote access. I changed the config file to use port 7878. I then forwarded this port on the router to the machine running the app.
When I try to connect I get a blank page. The page does seem to load.
I have played around extensively with the host field. I have tried leaving it blank, using 0.0.0.0, 192.168.1.101 (local machine ip).
Have I missed anything? Any trouble shooting tips?
I should mention that I have enabled a login and password. I have also tried connecting to ip:7878 and ip:7878/sabnzbd/m/ with no luck.
TIA

Re: Can not login remotely
No - I should have made it more clear.
192.168.1.101:7878 works just fine.
Connecting via the external ip:7878 or external ip:7878/sabnzbd/m/ do not work.

Re: Can not login remotely
Doh! I just connected using your external link above.. updated obviously. I was connecting to externalip:7878 alone. I was not trying externalip:7878/sabnzbd
Did I miss this instruction somewhere?
