Hiya when I try and download some file they automatically pause, I then get this error message
Failed login for server news.supernews.com:119
I have checked with Supernews and everything is up to date and paid for, I have also re set my password with them but I still get this error message. Where and what should I be checking? Many thanks

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Re: Failed log in error
Open the sabnzbd.ini file and check if the password is really correct.
