Pause individual jobs in the queue

Could it be possible to have a pause button next to each job? Rather than shuffling the queue around, i would like to be able to pause a big job for example to allow smaller ones through.

also...an "add to top of the queue" option would be good...although maybe sabtab or nzbstatus might be better for doing that
