Nothing is downloading...

Hi,

Completely new to Usenet and all of this.
Just set up with Sabnzbd, and got a Giganews account. Followed the wizard, tested the connection, and it said it's working. But nothing is downloading - it just stays completely paused, even when I press play.

I'm on Mac OSX Lion. Not sure what details to provide to figure out why this isn't working. Have been googling for over an hour trying to work out what I'm doing wrong, completely lost here.

Anyone got any ideas? Know I'm being vague here, just don't know where to begin!

I should add: I just set up SuperNZB with the same Giganews settings, and it works fine.
But I would like to get Sabnzbd working...

There are two ways to pause.
First is the double-vertical-bar symbol at the top right. Red is paused, yellow is active.
Individual jobs in the queue can be paused. Double vertical bar is paused, triangle is active.
Is there any NZB in the queue?
What does Status->Connections show (refresh the page a few time)?

Ah!
I was getting confused: the individual jobs pause/play is counter intuitive - I expected to click the play button to make it play, and then click the pause button to pause it. Now I see it's the other way around: whatever symbol is showing is what is actually happening. And it takes a while to kick in and start, so I thought nothing was happening.

Yes, it is not very intuitive.
We are looking for an improved UI.
We won't change the current one in this aspect, because that would confuse current users.
