Download not finnished.

Post by Piketberger »

Hi I am new to this and need some help.
I have tried to downloaded a 25gb file, it has done 20gb then stopped. I have a message in the history section that gives me a red scull and cross bones, it has an option to retry, if I use this it starts from the beginning giving me the same file in my incomplete file with a "1" at the end. I have a file that was created in my incomplete file with the 20gb in it, is there any way to use this and restart the download so that it will not take up so much time. I am using SAbnzbd 0.7.3, Windows 7 .

Thanks
Piketberger.

Very odd behaviour, it could be triggered by weird characters in file names.
Can you email the NZB to bugs@sabnzbd.org (include the URL of this post) ?

Possible work-around:
Set SABnzbd to paused.
Retry the job.
Click on the job in the queue.
Remove all entries that you think are already downloaded.
Resume downloading.
