Refresh rate closes pulldown menu on queue

After upgrading to 0.7.3 i started experiencing problems when i wanted to change the pull-down menus for items in queue.
Every time i wanted to change a setting (category/priority/etc), the box got closed before i could ever reach that option. Tried to figure out what was going on (since did never happened with the previous release) and i seem that the pull-down menu gets closed when the refresh rate interval hits. And since I've set my refresh rate @ 1 second, i could never change anything.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Put something in your queue
2. Set the refresh rate @ 4 seconds.
3. Open a pull-down menu from the item in queue and wait
4. As soon as the 4-second mark hits, the pulldown menu gets closed.

Happens on all refresh rates, and you can image that when it's set to 1 second, you'll never be fast enough.
Using Chrome 21.0.1180.83

Hmm... didn't look well enough. The option 'Block refreshes on hoover' fixes this problem', but still... This didn't happen with a previous release (unless that checkbox was set by default after install and maybe now it isn't??)

Click the item, keep the mouse button down, move to the entry that you want, release the button.

That doesn't work for me either. Only way it works is to check the 'Block refreshes on hoover' option. But since that fixes my problem, i'm good

I don't actually know why the skin designer made that an option...
It should always be on, I think.

Yeah, i agree. I think it would be wise to have that setting enabled by default.
