Hi, I'm new to this whole newsgroups thing. So I got a movie from NZBMatrix and got it in the zip version as I'm not VIP as of yet just to try it out. So I open up my SABnzbd and I can see the movie there but then it just stays on waiting and nothing happens. I don't know how to fix this.
I am on Virgin Media in the UK and my broadband is 30mb and I have the Superhub. I'm using port 443 with SSL as that seems to be the only working one when I test the server. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Are you sure SABnzbd isn't paused (the indicator at the top left should be yellow).
Aren't the individual jobs paused? (they should show the triangle symbol).
