First off - thanks for the use of a great piece of software, been a user a few months now and it's very good!
Like I said have been a user for a few months without issues, but the last couple of days I have been having problems with basically every file I download. When I download the NZB (from Newzbin/NZB.su) It goes into SABnzbd, and starts downloading. The download speed shows at around 11Kb/s, so you'd expect a 12Gb+ file to take days, but the loading bar is done within about 10 minutes. When it completes, I get one of many errors - generic download failed, or out of your servers retention message, but when I check the file it's only downloaded 4Mb.
Now I know there's no problem with my connection - am on Virgin 100mb broadband, Even via wireless I get 6 Mb/s download speeds, so somethings not right with 11Kb/s. The connection is fine; have been gaming since and even downloaded from Steam at a normal speed.
I'm with Astraweb, and have their most expensive package, so there is no problem with retention - I have downloaded files 3 years old in the past without problem, and some of these filr I have tried were only 22 days old.
Does anybody have any idea what might be going on here?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
