Empty NZB file from Nzbmatrix

Hi there!

I have been experiencing severe problems with NZBmatrix for about 8 months. I have asked help on their forum, and have gotten nothing but "renew your API key and retry" which I have tried about a thousand time without success. They have stipulated that the problem *could* be on the SAB side, which is why I am posting here now.... I have even upgraded SAB, renewed the RSS feed, nothing... Still today I am getting these messages when SAB tries to retrieve and download from RSS:

This issue happens for EVERY RSS retrievals, but NOT all jobs from SickBeard or CouchPotato..

I am not the only one having this issue, the forum at nzbmatrix is filled with people asking the same, but every thread ends up with "I've fixed it" without specifying how, or the thread dies with no follow up.. A Shame..

Anybody having (or had) the same issue? Anybody cares to share?

nzbxxx.com is not supported.
Is it the "adult" cousin of nzbmatrix.com?
Does it work with the same credentials as nzbmatrix.com?

Hi,

yes, this is a cousin site of nzbmatrix.com

Same credentials, only different API key.

I should have used a portion of the error log that shows nzbmatrix since it also happens for documentaries and other stuff retrieved from nzbmatrix...

Not exactly, I see.
You actually have to create a new account, although you can use the same credentials.
So support would also mean more configuration settings.
Especially since both accounts will still need different API-keys.

I'm quite sure that I don't want to show explicit support for an adult site in SABnzbd's user interface.

Looks like there is indeed a problem on the nzbmatrix side...

I tried to use the "Account API" to get my account details (as documented on http://nzbmatrix.com/api-info.php) but I cant even login as I am getting a white page saying nothing but "error:invalid_login". No wonder why SAB cant do its job.

I have sent them a PM and see what they say. Of course I have double checked (even tripled-quadrupled) checked the username and API key. I am using the SAME username to login to nzbmatrix.com as Ive used to access the account API, and the API key is also copied-pasted from the account settings page.. No mistake there and I am 99.9% sure my side is OK (SAB, server, connection, etc..)

I am starting to thing that there is a bug or corrupt data in my profile or account.

This nzbmatrix thing has let me down and pissed me off more than once..
