0.7.0 Constant disk spamming.

Tested on multiple computers with different setups. Happens on all of them

Does NOT happen on v 0.6.15

Surely it's not intended for the program to do 7 disk-operations PER SECOND nonstop, while idle?

Thanks for the tip.
I have a suspicion that it's the code for the Windows Tray icon.

Just installed and tested 0.7.1 and the issue seems to be resolved.
