All files are deleted...

Post by malaky »

This is in 0.4.3 (I have since upgraded to 0.4.4 but have yet to "test" it out).

When set to +R+U+D some archives (quite a lot 1 in 5), the extracted .mkv is being deleted along with everything else, all I have for records is the folder name of the download.

I have it set to Safe-Post Process, par cleanup, +D, and the files set to be deleted after extraction are .sfv and .nzb

For the "type" of file I am downloading, some of that type, are extracting and deleting fine.

Any ideas what circumstances would cause this?

Oh, I noticed in 0.4.4 that there is no file clean up option any more?

I don't see why this would be happening. If it happens again, please send your Settings and logs (Remove your username and password from the settings) along with the failed nzb to bugs@sabnzbd.org and we can look into it further.

Also the cleanup list is still in 0.4.4, under Config>General as before.

I'd had the same thing happen with 0.4.5. I worked out it was due to the path being too long, i.e. sometimes sabnzbd will create very long folder + filenames which go over the OS's path size limit. Thus no files are actually created.
