Hi
Just moved to Sabnzbd after using newsleecher for years.
This and Sickbeard together make it great.
One problem I've just noticed is downloading on multiple servers - one is in use and the other is stopped meaning its slow.
Both are active - virgin = 30days (1 meg) and xusenet 600 days (65k each)
When downloading from my current cue some over 140 days only xusenet is being used (2 connections so I get 125k) - however other items in the cue are less than 30 days so surely virgin should be downloading them at 1 meg ?? But no - connections as below.
Server: news.virginmedia.com
Status: Enabled
# Connections: 0
Server: free.xsusenet.com
Status: Enabled
# Connections: 2
Any ideas? How to use both connections ?
Thanks.
Rich

Re: Using two servers
What are the parameters you set for each server (except username/password)?
In this scenario you should do something like this:
Virgin: primary server, retention 32
XS: backup server, retention empty.
When you set XS as a primary server, it will slow things down because it will always be tried.
