ok so i want to download and extract using the laptop. what seettings do i need to do on sickbeard/sab to get it to download on the laptop then tranfer to the correct folders on the nas?

On your laptop's SABnzbd Config -> Categories you can specify the destination folder of default downloads. Fill out the destionation path / folder of your NAS. Attention: make sure the path is known and available to SABnzbd. If you run SAB as a service under Windows, I believe X: and Y: etc are not available. Use UNC paths.

thanks for the reply. I was able to get it and named it z: but sab or sick beard do not see it.
