repairingg failed, [Error 5] Access is denied

I have seen several posts about this. I get this only occasionally. When I do I usually try to fix the files (quickpar, parbuddy, etc). When that does not work it is because there is something wrong with the files (usually missing blocks). My question is simple - is this right and I should just get a different download?

"Access denied" means that there's something wrong with access rights of folders.
Which OS do you use and where are the involved folders stored?

I am using xp pro there are no restrictions on the files and I can access them from different machines on my network. The files are stored on my drive d: under "downloads/incomplete". I would go along with the restricted thing if it happened consistently. In this particular case it was the only download, out of 6, that had any problem at all.

Which SABnzbd release are you using?
It looks more like SABnzbd cannot get permission to execute the par2 program.

I have no idea what release I have as I can't find the info on the screen. However, I downloaded and installed it about 3 days ago. Downloaded from sourceforge.
